Call History: In Ziwo Voice, the "Call History" typically refers to a log or record of all incoming, outgoing, and missed calls made through the Ziwo platform. Here’s what you can typically expect to find in the call history section:
- Incoming Calls: A list of all calls received by your organization. It includes details such as the caller's number (if available), timestamp of the call, duration, and any associated notes or tags.
- Outgoing Calls: A record of all calls made by your organization. This includes details similar to incoming calls, such as the dialed number, timestamp, duration, and any notes or tags added.
- Missed Calls: Information about calls that were not answered or went unanswered within a certain number of rings. This helps in tracking missed opportunities for communication.
- Call Details: For each call entry, you can often view additional details such as call recordings (if enabled and permitted), call notes added by agents, call tags for categorization, and any follow-up actions taken.
- Filter : You can choose the contact according to the different criteria under the filter.
