  2. Outgoing Calls: A record of all calls made by your organization. This includes details similar to incoming calls, such as the dialed number, timestamp, duration, and any notes or tags added.
  3. Missed Calls: Information about calls that were not answered or went unanswered within a certain number of rings. This helps in tracking missed opportunities for communication.
  4. Call Details: For each call entry, you can often view additional details such as call recordings (if enabled and permitted), call notes added by agents, call tags for categorization, and any follow-up actions taken.
  5. Filter : You can choose the contact according to the different criteria under the filter.
