How to add a Call

How to add a call:

• Click on the add call button
• Once you click on the add number and see the list of available agents and then click on the agent to add the number.
• You can also enter the number on the Dialpad and click add to the call.
• Once you send the request, then you can see the merge or transfer option. click on the merge option to add the call.
• You can set the number of participants in one call from the admin account.
• Call will be added now.
• This is also called as conference call.
