How to add Customer Details

In Ziwo Dialer, adding customer details (such as phone numbers, names, or other relevant information) to a campaign can be done through either bulk upload via CSV file or by manual entry. Below are the steps for both methods:

  1. Uploading Customer Details via Excel (Bulk Upload)
    This method is ideal for importing a large list of customers quickly and efficiently
  2. Steps to Upload Customer Details via Excel:
    Prepare the Excel File: Create an Excel file (CSV or XLSX) with the required customer details. The file should have a structured format, typically with one row for each customer.
    The most basic columns are Phone Number and Name. You may also include additional details such as email, customer ID, etc.
  3. Example Excel structure:

  1. Import Customer List:
  • Find and select the “Import Customer List” or “Import Contacts” option.
  • Choose the Excel file (CSV or XLSX) from your computer that contains the customer data.

  1. Manually Adding Customer Details
  • Add New Customer Manually: After you click on import customers, you will get a CSV file template, download it and add the customer details. customer details consists of:

    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Phone Number
    • cli
    • TTS Language
    • TTS Source
    • External Id
    • External Source
    • Comment


  • After filling in the necessary information, Save the file and Import it to the campaign.

  • You can see the details of the customers after you upload the file.


  • Repeat for Additional Customers: Continue adding customer details one by one for each individual contact.
  • Start the Campaign : Once you’ve added all the necessary contacts, start the campaign. The system will begin calling the manually added customer details based on the campaign's settings.
