Can i add contacts to Ziwo from mobile app?
Yes, you can add the contact by going to the contacts section and add the contacts.
How can i change the CLI for calling?
When you go to the dialpad, you can change the CLI to Default, GITEX, WA. So when there is queue you can assign to any of these queues.
Where can i find the account name?
When you login to your account, go to the profile section and at the top of the page, you can find the account name along with the email id and name.
How can i change my status?
When you go to the profile section, you can see the options like available, meeting , on break etc. you can choose the options and it will get changed.
How can i change the country code?
Go to the profile > setting > change the country code.or directly go to the dialpad and tap on the country code and change it.
Can i use the mobile app from anywhere?
Yes, you can use that from anywhere.
What is the minimum OS requirement for Ziwo app in IOS and Android?
The minimum required iOS version for the Ziwo mobile app is typically iOS 11.0 or later and for Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later.
What permissions need to be allowed from my phone?
There are three main permissions need to give that is : microphone, notifications and contacts.
