System Requirements

Access to the Ziwo Conversation

Ziwo Conversation is a web-based feature and does not require installation. Users access it via a supported web browser that is Google Chrome. WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communication) is a protocol and technology framework that enables real-time communication (RTC) capabilities directly within web browsers and mobile applications. It allows audio, video, and data sharing between browsers without the need for plugins or additional software installations.

1. Logging In : Open web browser : Google Chrome

Note: Right now it is running on google chrome only.

2. Go to the ZIWO login page. (app.ziwo.io)
   • Enter your Account Name, Username and Password.
   • Click "Login" to access the Ziwo. In that there is an option called as Inbox section. From that you can access the conversation feature.

Note: For the login access, it will be provided by the admin. first the account will created for you. and then they will provide you the credentials from which you can login to the Ziwo.
