HubSpot Credentials

To create credentials that enable you to use the HubSpot connector in the Ziwo workflow designer, follow these steps carefully:

1. Obtain the Redirect URL

   • Log in to Ziwo: Start by logging into your Ziwo account.
   • Access Credentials Tab: Navigate to the Credentials tab.
   • Create a New Credential: Click on + New Credential and select HubSpot App or Service.
   • Keep the Redirect URL: You will see a Redirect URL link generated by Ziwo. Keep this page open, as you will need this URL in the following steps.
   
   

2. Log in to HubSpot

   • Access HubSpot Developers Section: Go to the HubSpot Developers page by logging into your HubSpot account.
   • Navigate to Apps: From the navigation menu, select Apps.
   
   

3. Create an App

   • Start App Creation: Click on Create App in the top right corner.
   • App Information: Fill in the required fields:
   • Name: Enter a name for your app.
   • Icon and Description: Optionally, add an icon and description for your app.
   • Proceed to Auth: Click on the Auth tab to configure authentication settings.
   
   

4. Client ID and Secret

   • Redirect URL: Scroll down to the Redirect URL section and paste the Redirect URL you obtained from Ziwo in Step 1.
   
   
   • Set Scopes: Scroll further down to find the Scopes section. Add all necessary scopes required for your application.
   
   
   • Create App: Once you’ve filled in the required information, click on the Create App button. The page will refresh, and you will see your Client ID and Client Secret displayed.

Important Note: Make sure to save the Client Secret in a secure place, as it will only be displayed once.

5. Create the Credential in Ziwo
   • Return to Ziwo: Go back to the Ziwo platform.
   • Create HubSpot Credential: Use the Client ID and Client Secret obtained from HubSpot to complete the credential creation process.
   • Account Confirmation: After clicking OK, you will be redirected to a confirmation page where you need to select the account linked to the app you created.
     By following these steps, your HubSpot credentials will be successfully created, allowing you to integrate HubSpot features into your workflows on the Ziwo platform.
