Zendesk Ticket Type
1. Creating a Ticket
Operation: Create Ticket
- To create a new ticket, select the Create Ticket operation and provide the following:
- Description: Enter a brief description of the ticket.
- Optional Parameters: You have additional options to customize the ticket, though these are optional.
- Ticket ID: After creating the ticket, locate the Ticket ID in the output. Save this ID as a variable or manually, as it will be needed for other operations.


2. Deleting a Ticket
Operation: Delete Ticket
- To delete an existing Zendesk ticket, use the Delete Ticket operation.
- Ticket ID: Enter the ID of the ticket you wish to delete. You can do this either by typing it manually or using a saved variable.

3. Getting Ticket Details
Operation: Get Ticket
- To retrieve detailed information about a specific ticket, select the Get Ticket operation.
- Ticket ID: Simply mention the ID of the ticket you want to retrieve.

4. Getting a List of All Tickets
Operation: Get All Tickets
- To obtain a complete list of all tickets you have access to, choose the Get All Tickets operation.

5. Recovering a Suspended Ticket
Operation: Recover Ticket
- To recover any suspended ticket, use the Recover Ticket operation.
- Suspended Ticket ID: Enter the ID of the suspended ticket you wish to recover.
- Optional Filtering: You can apply a set of options to filter the list of suspended tickets for a more specific search.

6. Updating a Ticket
Operation: Update Ticket
- To update an existing ticket, select the Update Ticket operation.
- Ticket ID: Enter the ID of the ticket you want to update.
- Optional Parameters: When updating, you have additional options to consider, though these are optional.
