Zoho CRM Contact Resource
Integrate the Zoho CRM Connector into your workflows to efficiently manage contacts. This guide provides instructions on how to create, update, delete, and retrieve contact information.
NoteBefore you start, please refer to the Zoho Credentials page for instructions on setting up your credentials.
- To create a new contact, select the Create Operation and provide the following:
- Contact Name: Enter the name of the contact or use a saved variable input.
- Optional Parameters: You have various optional fields available when creating a contact, which you can fill out as needed.

2.Deleting a Contact
Operation: Delete Contact
- To delete an existing contact, use the Delete Operation.
- Contact: Specify the contact to be deleted by either selecting it from the list or using a variable input.

3. Getting Contact Information
Operation: Get Contact
- To retrieve detailed information about a specific contact, select the Get Operation.
- Contact: Mention the contact you wish to get information about, either by selecting it from the list or using a saved variable.

4. Getting a List of All Contacts
Operation: Get Many Contacts
- To obtain a comprehensive list of all contacts you have access to, use the Get Many Operation.
- Optional Filters: You can apply filters for more detailed or specific results.

5. Updating a Contact
Operation: Update Contact
- To update an existing contact, choose the Update Operation.
- Contact: Specify the contact you wish to update.
- Optional Fields: You can include additional optional fields to update specific information within the contact.
